For returns the fee applies to each hour after 1:00 pm until the vehicle is returned in appropriate condition.Under no circumstance is the vehicle to be driven to a long term parking situation that does not provide standard electrical charging , or allow the vehicle to be driven at will, so that the lithium battery can be recharged.
