No prep. fee. No dump or water charges. 33' with all the comforts including an upgraded suspension for a smoother ride. Apple Car Play and 1 Slide. 2 TV's both with DVD player one is a Roku and one has Apple TV. The TV and DVD in the bunk has a separate inverter and can be run without running the generator. Comfortable and fun. It is easy to drive. Compares to driving a moving truck. I can deliver please put your delivery destination in the booking information and the system will calculate the fee. We are flexible on pets. They must be preapproved. Please email me before you book with pets. We do not charge a standard cleaning fee. However, there is a fee of $50-$100 if the unit is returned and will require excessive cleaning. Please no smoking. No trailer towing. We are grateful that we can share our RV with others and hope you make lots of great memories. We will give you a good orientation and all the support that you need. We rented the RV to spend Christmas 500 miles from home to see family. Our trip was more adventurous than planned. We blew a tire on the way to our destination; called roadside assistance and were told the ETA to repair was 1-3 hours. We bought a hydraulic jack and changed the tire ourselves since the owner had a spare Aj’s tire wrench on board. There were more delays en route to do road conditions and a wreck ahead of us. When we arrived to our destination, the furnace stopped working and we woke up at 0200 with no heat. We called roadside assistance and they troubleshooted without success; they offered to send a technician to come out and fix the issue, but because it wasn’t a drivable issue were told we would have to pay the service call. I notified the owner and he was kind to offer to pay for the service call. The temperature outside was 20 degrees and there was a radiator style heater on board that we were able to plug in and we cranked the engine to warm it a little bit. I reserved a hotel.

Scott gets 5 star reviews for a reason. He made renting his RV very easy and carefree. He communicates well and made sure that we had a pleasant experience. He even threw in a s’mores kit with a thank you card for us. Nice extra touch Scott. The RV itself was a comfortable little home away from home for us.
