Please note delivery time is 5 pm and pickup time is 9 am unless other arrangements have been made.
$40 dumping fee if site is not full hookup.
A delivery address MUST be listed on reservation.
Delivery fee is $85 and includes delivery, setup, tear down and pickup.
We are not responsible for items left behind.
We are not responsible for damages to personal belongings.
We are not responsible for injuries during this rental.
Awning must be retracted if leaving site, during windy weather and at night.

The camper was great and fit our family of 4 well. It was very clean and ready to go when we arrived. The host even worked with us when we decided to come a day early.
