Why rent a trailer at home and pull to the Oregon coast, when this brand new, beautiful trailer is already waiting for you on the coast next to Nehalem State Park? Save gas and headaches by picking it up at this beautiful destination. This high-end luxury trailer with incredible features was purchased off the dealers lot in May 2023. It's new! Lightweight and can be pulled by most larger SUVs and trucks. Features a slideout giving you extra room. Master bed with large 32" TV, dining room seats four and converts to a bed, two bunk beds. Technically it can sleep six, but I wouldn't recommend that. Four to five is a better number. Solar power, fantastic kitchen with stove/oven and microwave. Large refrigerator considering trailer size. Bathroom is large and includes a nice shower. Huge 14' awning for relaxing outside, power tongue jack, four leveling jacks. It takes a 2 5/16" trailer hitch. It's always best to have your own hitch already on your vehicle. However, I can provide the hitch if needed. Your vehicle will need to have the hitch receiver installed. Better yet, I'm happy to deliver it to your campsite and help you set it up.By the way, if you are having me deliver the trailer, please don't forget the delivery fee. Also, if the RV park doesn't have sewer hookups at the camp site (for example, Nehalem State Park), and I am delivering the trailer, the tank dumping fee needs to be included. One final note: YOU Must BE Camping AT AN RV Park With AT Least Water AND Power Hook-UPS. We had 4 adults and the bunks were small for adults but would be great for a family with small kids. Kitchen is stocked for basic usage but if you do more involved cooking you’ll want to bring your own kitchen supplies. We stayed at a place with hook ups and a bathroom so we didn’t use the shower. There is no bathroom vanity, just a small sink inside the shower. The trailer is new, clean, and the control panels are intuitive. The main bed was comfortable. Overall it’s a good trailer!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
The trailer is available to be picked up after 3:00 pm. It can be picked up earlier if it wasn't rented the day before. Just ask and we will do our best to let you pick it up early. Dropping it off must be done by 11:00 am. If we don't have another renter coming in that same day, we will do our best to give you a later check in. Make sure and communicate with us. If you are late and don't communicate and get permission, you may be levied a fee up to a full day's fee.

Q.What do I need to tow the trailer?
A.
Aside from the appropriate vehicle to tow, you should try and have your own 2 5/16" tow hitch. I have one available to use assuming you have a standard 2" tow receiver. Additionally, the trailer has a 7-pin electric cord for lights and braking system. I do have a 7-pin to 4-pin adapter if needed. I do not have an adapter to a 5-pin. Please make sure before you arrive to have the correct connection devices available, either through me or on your own.

Q.How do I set up the trailer?
A.
There is a binder on the trailer with detailed explanation of how to do most things on the trailer: How to level. How to dump. Using the generator. Using the control panel. How to connect to water and electricity. Using the propane. These are just some of the items.
