Welcome to your vacation waiting to happen!. What we have here is a small, easy to tow and easy to set up Summerland Mini. Please read this entire description as it does answer the most commonly asked questions.This trailer has a full-size bed in the front with an upgraded mattress, and a dinette that converts to a bed twin in the back. We include an air mattress for the dinette since those are notoriously uncomfortable. In the center of this trailer is a full bath and kitchen.The trailer has a 22" tv with Hdmi cable, Hdmi to VGA, and Coaxial cable provided for you to hook up your own entertainment solutions. Kitchen has a 2-burner range, sink, and TV. We just ask you clean anything you do use (dish soap provided). The A/C is electric, and heat is propane powered. Minimum 30A service required for guaranteed functionality.We offer add-ons for make your trip special. We can supply towels, bed sheets, or both. We can supply the kitchen with paperware, cups, and plasticware as well. A generator is available for site without power, and the fresh water tank can be filled for no charge at your request. A trash can and a few bags are provided.
What's includedPlease note the following fees:
1) Trailer brake controller: $25 (on pick-up rentals only, fee waived if you have a brake controller installed on your vehicle and functioning at time of pick up)
2) Dump Charge:
For pick-up rentals: $100 if returned with any waste in tanks
For delivery to a site with full hook-ups: No charge, we will dump at pick up
For delivery to a campsite with no hook-ups, but a dump station: $50 (half our normal rate)
For delivery to a site with no dump stations: $100 (this include fairgrounds, Eldora speedway, and many others)
3) Generator: Booking the generator is a $30 prep fee, then $20/night. I do adjust the security deposit up $250 as well. A chain and lock are provided to secure it.
4) Security deposit is adjustable at our sole discretion. We do increase it for Eldora, Country Concert, or any other event we deem necessary. this deposit is fully refunded if the trailer has no damage when returned, it is only used as a protection for our camper and a deterrent from abuse. If our trailer is returned to is in a condition that we can sweep the floors, wipe the counters, change the sheets, and send it out again, we will return the deposit in full.Other things to noteA supplemental agreement is required to be signed before taking possession of the trailer.Standard delivery is within 60 miles of North Hampton, OH. We can deliver further, but that is accepted on a case by case basis. Please note that drop off time during the week must be after 4:30pm - an exact time is given at booking based on the location. Our delivery fee includes a 25 mile radius of delivery. Please note the delivery mileage is calculated for a one-way trip, which is why it may seem high.Pick-up is an option, but you must have a 150/1500 series vehicle or larger to tow this trailer. We have had too many instances of people not being able to tow with their smaller SUV. You MUST have a brake controller per Ohio state law, or rent our CURT Echo bluetooth controller (and have a compatible smart phone).
