1996 Winnebago Minnie Winnie
RV perfect for up to 5 adults + 2 kids. (OK for Burning Man)Things to know:
- RV is not brand new and shows some wear and tear. But you won't find better rates.
- Self-contained for camping.
- 2 queen-sized beds + 2 smaller ones.
- The kitchen includes a stove, microwave, and refrigerator.Expectations from the renter (I apologize for the formality and potential charges that may appear excessive. However, these conditions are crucial for the benefit of future renters. I share your frustration regarding extra charges, but based on my personal experiences as a renter, I have come to understand that this approach helps make life easier for all involved parties—you, myself, and future renters.):
- Fill in the GAS to the same level as when you picked the RV. After your trip, I will go to the closest gas station, fill the tank up to full, and charge you based on the final amount if the gas doesn’t seem full (+$20 if the charge is more than $15).
- Fill in the Propane to the same level as when you picked the RV. If you leave it as is, the charge will be $60.
- Please dump the grey and black water before returning the RV. If you leave it as is, the charge will be $40.
- On the rental website, you can purchase “Propane fill + Dumping” before the start of the trip—$60 for both.
- The renter is expected to clean up any messes made, wipe down the bathroom and kitchen area, sweep the floor, and wash the exterior if it's extra dirty before returning the RV. There will be a charge of $200 if this is not done. You can also pay the cleaning fee upfront - $100. Excessive cleaning - $500.
- Pick-up time is 4:00 p.m., and drop-off is at 12:01 p.m. Early pick-up and late drop-off are possible for a charge of $50.Limitations:
- Smoking is strictly not allowed in the RV.
- If you have a pet, a $200 pet cleaning fee is mandatory ($100 even if you return the RV in a clean condition, as I will need to do the disinfection as a precaution for the next guests). As the RV is old, it doesn't like high speeds. Driving in the mountains should be limited to 30-40 miles per hour. On the highway, 55mph is recommendedBurning MAN fixed fee (all inclusive) - $10kOther things to noteAll prices are negotiable depending on your itinerary and travel dates.*Cleaning Fee covers basic cleaning of RV (1 hour), as well as cleaning of all utensils, coffee maker, tea pot, and all bedding - not dumping the tanks or cleaning a mess that was left by you on your trip.
*Additional cleaning Fees will be charged by the hour if the RV is not brought back in the same condition that you picked it up in.
