This is the perfect home away from home. If you're wanting a comfortable and spacious RV experience, this is the one for you. Alliance has done a great job making this setup feel like a home. The living space is very comfortable and "conversation friendly" with a full size couch and a loveseat (that also opens up into a bed). One full bathroom has access from the hallway and/or the master bedroom and there is a half bath in the garage/second bedroom. Easily convert the garage to a top and bottom bunk that will easily sleep 4 adults. There is a single bunk with access from the main cabin. The kitchen is set with microwave, oven and gas range, making dinner easy to cook. Pack your favorite outdoor grill and stock the outdoor fridge so you can watch the game on the outdoor TV. You can also enjoy the scenic views by dropping down the back patio and setting out your favorite chairs. What's included-We only offer DELIVERY Rentals.
-VERY IMPORTANT! Please make sure your campsite has 50amp hookups and can accommodate 45feet of trailer!
-Bedding Linens (the master bed is complete with sheets, pillows and a comforter; there are a few blankets and fitted sheets for the pull out sofa and bunk bed; if you’re bringing multiple guests I would strongly recommend bringing more bedding and don’t forget pillows!)
- Bath Towels - 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 wash rags
-Kitchen basics (coffee maker - Keurig pods and carafe, utensils, plates and cups, baking sheet, cutting board, measuring cup, skillet, sauce pan, etc.)

Everything was great, owners were very flexible and very responsive to questions. The camper was almost fully furnished which was amazing! The main bed could use some cushion or a slightly bigger mattress we were knocking our legs on the plywood getting in and out of bed. Other than that there are zero complaints. Definitely look forward to renting from them again!

Kristen and Joe were absolutely wonderful to work with! The toy hauler is huge and very well equipped. Joe had a tight fit to get it in but he was able to maneuver it right in! He even went way out of his way to get a generator for us! We rented this for my birthday weekend ride and had a blast with it. We will definitely recommend them and there toy hauler camper!! Thank y'all for everything!!!

This was our 1st time renting an RV. Joe and Kristin had everything set up and ready to go. They were also available if we had any questions. This RV is spacious, clean and has a luxurious feel to it. We had a party of 7 and no issues at all. The oversized bunks beds in the back area are great for teenagers or younger children with access to a 1/2 bath. The master bedroom in the front area was a great size with access to a full bathroom. The RV had 3 A/C units which was nice controlling the temperature in different areas. You won't be disappointed with this RV for sure. I would rent this RV again!!!
