**Star Link portable Wi-Fi** available as an add-on for our remote working friends. We request very little but what we do ask in earnest is quite inflexible. Please do not smoke, consume, ingest, or otherwise inhale any flammable (or inflammable) substance within the vehicle that require the use of an open flame or ignition source. This would include cigarettes, cigars, vape devices, e-cigarettes, tobacco pipes, bongs, makeshift (homemade) paraphernalia, or incense in any form requiring flame. The price to clean, sanitize, repair, or replace components of the vehicle that are damaged by smoke or residue is 100% entirely the renter’s responsibility and will be assessed at the maximum allowable charge.Pets… we have ‘em, we love ‘em, we want you to bring them! That said, we know they sometimes make messes we can’t foresee and pets can be hard on our stuff. Pet stains and smells are difficult and costly to remove from mattresses, blankets, floors, and automotive upholstery. If your pet doesn’t enjoy our van, or any of the thoughtfully curated items included with the van, the cost to sanitize, repair, or otherwise replace the items from the the vehicle will be yours and added to the total of the rental fee at the conclusion of the trip.It should go without saying, but all add-on items selected need to be returned in or as near the condition that they went out with you. We use these items as well and when they go out with you, they are in your care and you are responsible for their condition and upkeep. Our commitment is that we will not send any item out with our vehicle that is in a condition you cannot enjoy for the duration of your adventure. Sometimes things do break under normal wear and tear, and sometimes accidents do happen, and we are always aware of that possibility, but if it enhances your ability to enjoy your trip, we want to make these things available to you.We check and clean every item we make available as an add-on, just as we maintain and clean the vehicle between trips and follow the 90 day recommended inspection protocols for the vehicle. If items come back broken, or don’t make it back at all, we will ask you to replace the item at a reasonable prorated cost, considering it’s age, condition, and frequency of use.***please read carefully***
If you do choose to add items to your rental, we ask our guests to sign an additional release specific to the risks associated with the use of these items. We are passionate about helping you have the best adventure possible while still promoting a safe and responsible experience. We appreciate your understanding.Sorry, no Burning Man… No exceptions.Keys… they are expensive to replace. Please don’t accidentally take them or lose them. We recommend keeping the keys on the provided neck laniards, if for no other reason, to keep them visible and more difficult to lose. The cost to replace keys does come out of the deposit for the vehicle. We are wildly sincere about keeping our Wy’east Wayfinder in as good a condition tomorrow as it is today, but we need you to help to make that happen. Together we can preserve this vehicle so that it is enjoyed by as many enthusiasts as possible for many seasons on. Thank you for wandering with us!Rick and Tara
Wanderluxe Roadventures, LLCRecommendationsIdeally situated a short 20 minute ride from PDX and centrally located for people local to the area, our location begs for you to journey in any of the four cardinal directions. Head west to explore the grand Pacific coastline, and turn North or South along highways 1 and 101 to venture as far as Canada or Mexico with an abundance of RV compatible campsites and parks along its length. Venture east of the Casacade mountains and explore the sunny and dryer high desert regions of Bend and greater Central Oregon, or transport yourself to a holiday paradise venturing up to Leavenworth to enjoy inspired European fare. Head south along Highway 97 and find yourself looking into the paralyzing blue depths of Crater Lake, or venture even further south to Tahoe and make the road trip a ski trip to brag about.Need a basecamp to bag that long-sought cascade peak? Is there a lake in the region you’ve always wanted to fish or paddle in but never had the rig to bring all your gear? Always wanted to drive through the national parks, rekindle the magic of family road trips long since past? However you choose to enjoy the outdoors, our spacious family friendly RV is a perfect fit for getting you and yours to that long sought destination in relaxed comfort and luxury. You get to focus on what matters most… sharing incredible experiences with loved ones and creating generation defining memories.Other things to noteIn order to preserve the functionality and value of the vehicle, we take each reservation based upon the planned itinerary. This vehicle is not available for one way or cross country round trips. It is best suited and well equipped for excursions that allow you multiple evenings in one location, and ideally suited for camp sites that accommodate RVs and other similar vehicles. As owners and hosts we endeavor to provide you with an optimum experience in a very capable vehicle, which is why we’ve elected to verify each itinerary before we approve the reservation. We want your trip to be as comfortable and enjoyable as you imagine it will be. Thank you for your patience. We respond to inquiries usually within an hour or less of when we receive them.

Rick and Tara were simply wonderful hosts. They gave us great advice (RV and tourism) on our trip and spent lots of time with us making sure we understood the ins and outs of their great RV. ThaKS so much, Paynes

We enjoyed driving a beautiful RV and communicating with the hosts. Rick and Tara were super supportive and friendly. Provided all the necessary tools and suggestions for the successful trip. We had an amazing time exploring Oregon and Washington states. The expandable feature of the RV is an extra awesome advantage because it feels like a mini apartment inside, when you open it, very cozy and comfy. We had everything we needed inside the RV, even a TV with a video player. Rick and Tara extended their hospitality and left a bottle of champagne and delicious chocolate for us in the fridge since it was our honeymoon trip:) That was a beautiful touch and we really appreciated it. They were also very responsive and informative about every question we had.

RV was meticulous. Rick and Tara were very accommodating and made themselves available at any time during the trip. The bed came with 4 inch memory foam and felt like a cloud. Unit comes with a great selection of Blu-ray dvds for rainy nights. We couldn’t have asked for a better host and we would absolutely rent from them again. Great experience.

Our family rented Rick-n-Tara's RV for a Memorial Day holiday trip to the Oregon coast. It was extremely comfortable for our family of 4 (two kids, ages 7 & 10) and well stocked with all the amenities you need for RV camping. The RV itself is easy to drive and handles like a SUV or pickup truck. Rick & Tara were super responsive in their communication and flexible in the timing of our pick up & drop off. Overall it was a wonderful experience. We will absolutely rent their RV again in the future for another family adventure.
