Phillip was very helpful and timely with his communication. The trailer was very clean and worked flawlessly for us on our trip. It fit our family of 5 very well. Our 2 youngest children (5 & 3) shared the bottom bunk with plenty of space, and the top bunk worked great for our 11 year old. Very comfortable and overall great experience!

The hit on mechanical was for a dead battery and not being able to get the sound system working. Other than those two things the RV was great. 👍
