This camper has everything you need to make your trip great. Fully functioning kitchen, hot water, bathroom, shower, heater and air conditioner, sleeps up to eight, and in good condition. Generator available upon request. What's includedIncludes load distribution and sway prevention hitch. RecommendationsThere are many beautiful places to camp in and around the Black Hills. Some of them include Custer State Park, Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and The Badlands. We also have many beautiful lakes like Pactola, Sheridan, Angustora, and Rocky Point at Orman Dam. So whether you are visiting these or any other amazing locations, you will be ready to enjoy your trip and make some great memories. Any damage from smoking or pets will result in a cleaning fee of $75/hour plus materials to restore the damage. This will be taken out of the damage deposit.Air Conditioner: To use the AC unit, you MUST have electricity at your campsite. It WILL NOT function correctly on a generator (including mine) and could damage the unit if attempted. It is an expensive repair if that happens.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We can be very flexible to make sure you have a great time.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Make sure your vehicle is capable of pulling over 6,000 pounds, has a 7 pin electric trailer plug, has a standard size receiver hitch (we will provide a weight distribution hitch with sway control), and has an electric brake controller. I will go over any questions you may have to make sure you are confident operating everything in the camper.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The camper is capable of hookups if you would like to use them. It is also "self contained" if you choose to go off grid. It has a 48 gal fresh water tank, 39 gal gray water tank, 39 gal black water tank, two propane tanks, and an optional generator.
