It has full standard amenities to include a refridgerator/freezer, gas stove/oven, kitchen sink, TV, DVD (not blu-ray), rooftop AC, central heat, It has been modified for off-grid or on-grid comfort with:
A Real queen size bed
LiFePO4 battery bank and solar array
WEN portable generator (when needed for AC)
Electric fireplace (see pics-very cozy!)

Howard was so great at communicating and just so pleasant to work with. He was especially wonderful as this was my first time taking the lead to rent an RV for my family, and was so helpful walking me through everything! The bed was so comfortable and all the extra amenities that I wasn’t expecting were such a nice surprise! A keurig, lovely towels, beautiful sheets and bedding! I will definitely be renting again the next time we camp in the area! Thank you Howard!!!!

Host Howard was quick with responses knowledgeable of trailer and open for future stay suggestions.
The RV itself was a hit with my family and the four families we camped with. Plenty of room for gaming inside & hanging out. Comfortably slept four (2 adults & 2 full sized kids) with all the creature comforts you could ask for. Will definitely be booking again.
