It sleeps 6 comfortably, and has an office area in the back that converts to a bed. The previous owners installed a larger transmission to make going up steep grades even easier and also a transmission cooling fan you can switch on if it starts to get hot. Plenty of inside storage cabinets, optional tow hitch cargo rack and plenty of optional add-on camping gear. Wifi hotspot with range extender. USB outlets in the cabin. Happy to supply some games and books on hikes & drives in WA state as well.RecommendationsWeekend skiing or snowboarding - most mountains have a dedicated RV lot, some with power.Highway 20 is fun to explore during the summer.Take it to the beach - Loge has a fun RV lot with shows, bar, surfboard & bike rentals. Other things to notePlease do NOT engage the 4x4 under any circumstances and certainly no off-roading! Class C rigs are not build to handle the rigors of an off-road environment. RV is equipped with a GPS and will be tracked. Please stick to established roads & highways. No jeep trails, gravel roads or unmarked roads of any kind. Driving with 4x4 engaged will break the terms of service and could cause severe damage to the rig. You will lose your security deposit and in the event of damage, will be pursued by Outdoorsy with the repair bill. If you are stuck, please call AAA or give me a call.Absolutely NO SMOKING. You will lose your security desposit. If you are going up a long mountain stretch, keep an eye on the transmission temperature and be sure to engage the transmission fan if it gets above 140. Be sure to turn the fan off once the transmission cools off and when you park. The awning is a bit dated and can be finicky. If you want to use it, please ask me for a walk through on how to deploy it. An instruction sheet is also provided as a reminder on how it works. The RV is equipped with a spare tire but do not attempt to change the tire yourself. Please call me in the rare event you have a flat. The spare can be used by AAA.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
For now, pick up and drop off happen in the Southwest Seattle area, either in West Seattle or near our storage facility in White Center/Burien. We may offer more options in the future, depending on demand.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
There are plenty, please refer to the provided documentation inside the RV. We will also cover the majority of them prior to departure.
Q.Can I take off road?
A.
That's a big negatory. A class C RV like this is simply not made to withstand the rigors of off-road, where the house is flexing under stress. While it's equipped with 4x4, that is only meant for emergency situations, or severe snow or mud situations. The RV is equipped with a GPS, and is only intended for paved streets and well established gravel roads. No jeep trails, dirt roads, beaches allowed.
Q.How many does it sleep?
A.
2.5 full-sized beds, 1 in overhang, 1 in dinette, and 1 in the back. Right side of the rear bed is not meant for adults! Keep in mind the loft height tapers down towards the front of the RV and is a tight squeeze.
Sleeping capacity:
Adults - 3 comfortably, 5 max.
Kids (or small adults) - 5 comfortably/max.
Total max sleeping - 6.
If that is confusing, keep this in mind - 3 beds total, but one of them can only sleep 1 adult. The rest depends on your comfort level.
