Rain or shine, "It's 5 o'clock Somewhere" is built for a good time! 2021 Forest River RK27, open concept with large, panoramic windows, 2 recliners, and the Versa-Lounger with optional chaise lounge, so you'll never feel boxed in even with rainy weather. Great for entertaining or tucking the kid's in with a movie at the end of a long day complete with color changing fireplace. Do you have a little height going on? The ceiling is 78" high and the bathroom is equipped with a tall shower complete with skylight. The kitchen has a long list of amenities listed below along with 11cu ft fridge and top freezer, microwave, range w/oven, plenty of overhead cabinets and a large pantry. The AC is ice cold for those hot summer days and the heater keeps you toasty when the chill sets in. There are two 30# LP tanks so you have more than enough fuel to heat and grill out on the outdoor griddle without worry (please see add-ons). The 20ft power awning provides plenty of shelter and shade with adjustable arms. The stereo is Bluetooth compatible with internal/external speakers that can operate independently.
*Don't have a vehicle to tow or not comfortable towing? I'll do the work for you! Please take advantage of this as everyone should be able to try camping (glamping, because we're awesome!) regardless of their current vehicle situation. What's includedBedroom: Fresh linens, pillows, blankets, CPAP storage, USB chargers, and available hangers in all 3 closets.
Bathroom: Towels, hair dryer, and RV compatible toilet paper.
Kitchen: Coffee maker w/ coffee cups, toaster, ice maker, cookware, disposable plates and silverware (because who really wants to do dishes on vacation?)
TV: Must bring your own streaming device.
Have a pooch along? Food and water bowls are in the doggo compartment along with secure food storage.
Outdoors: 2 swinging camp chairs, small end tables, 4ft folding table, corn hole, and party lights for the 20ft awning.

No smoking/vaping is allowed inside the rig at any time and no walking/climbing on the roof. I ask that you treat my 2nd home as if it were your own and report any accidents or damage promptly. I supply a limited amount of cleaning supplies for spilled milk (or wine or beer) but there is a cleaning fee so everything is sparkling for the next family.
Add Ons: Please do not forget to add the tank dump fee unless you are dumping them yourself.

I woke up one morning 3 years ago and have never camped before, decided I want to be a camper! So I traded in the Harley and bought my first rig, snatched up a great seasonal sight, golf cart, the works. Fell instantly in LOVE with everything about it. The people I've met, the memories created, and the things I've learned over the past few years cannot be measured. Life happened and I had to sell everything as fast as I obtained it. 6 months later I decided I needed camping in my life so I bought another and this time, I knew what worked and what didn't. I ordered the exact rig I wanted and it arrived on my birthday. My only regret is that I didn't know about Outdoorsy back then. I could have tried different rigs first to see what I liked and what I didn't care for. Now it's your chance. If you're new to the glamping life, maybe thinking about buying one, or just need to getaway without having to purchase one, there's a smorgasbord of options here. My hope is that maybe a single Mom or Dad might be looking for something to do with the kiddos, a family wants to try it for the first time, or maybe some retired folks want to see what all of their retired friends are raving about. Life is stressful, take the opportunity to leave it behind & unwind. I will do anything within my capabilities to make this a pleasant experience for you!
