Reba the RV is the perfect trailer for that family getaway. See big list of Free Extras! Easily sleeps 4, but our family of 5 with 3 large boys sleeps great too by putting one on a pad in the middle. Inside you have all the basics such as Kitchen double sink, 3-burner stove top, AC (when on shore power/generator), RV Queen bed, Heated for those colder nights, shower, Fridge/Freezer, CD player, TV with integrated DVD player, and plenty of storage.I tow Reba with my Ford F150 1/2 ton no problem! Empty Reba only weighs in at 4252 lbs total so with the dual axle and light-weight aluminum frame construction she is an easy tow. My truck squatted a bit before I got the rear-coil airbags installed, but still did just fine without those and we include for free the weight distribution hitch if you want it which helps a ton with the overall ride! No smaller SUV’s though, Reba is a bit much for those.Reba uses a 2" ball, has an electric front jack, 2 ea 20 lb propane tanks and 2 RV batteries. I installed a separate inverter so you have power With use of electrical cords when not hooked to generator/shore power - so when your boon docking without a generator you still have approx 2 nights power to run some fans and a c-pap and charge some phones and have lights on. For those not used to RV’s AC does NOT work on battery power, so if you aren’t hooked to power be sure to get the generator during hot seasons. Note: We have 2 RV's but only 1 generator so Please Text to check availability of generator before reserving it.See a introduction video of Reba the RV at: https://youtu.be/Q7QqCwbdWPgSee a more in-depth video on utility use at: https://youtu.be/f4lO38Oh34kInverterGenerator that is more than enough to power the AC and anything else is available for an extra $25/night. It’s a quiet inverter generator as well, not the normal really loud ones. Again, please check availability before reserving.Regarding delivery there is a $150 minimum (unless just to a house locally here in cache valley we can do much less) and Bear Lake is $200 for West side, $250 for East side. That’s the total for delivery and pickup. What's includedLOTS of FREE EXTRAS come with your rental: We include Free Propane Refill during summer months when space heater not being used. So use all you want without worry. During cold weather we ask if you use more than a tank (Reba has 2 tanks) that you refill before return. We include 5 camp chairs, a beach canopy, a 2 burner propane grill with grill top and flat top CampChef BBQ, Hot-dog/marshmellow skewers, AX and hand saw for firewood gathering, and all leveling and utility equipment (fresh water and utility hoses, electrical cords, electrical converters, fresh water filter, etc..).Stocked kitchen with plates, bowls, cups, assorted spices, coffee french press, pots, pans, utensils, knives, serving spoons, tongs, soap, garbage can and bags, etc... Paper towels and RV TP and cleaning supplies as well are included. Has a Microwave, but only useable when plugged into a 30A shore power.RV Queen mattress has extra foam topper with a mattress protector of course. We provide freshly laundered sheets, blankets and pillows for that RV Queen plus 2 extra pillows as well. No extra blankets for other sleeping areas so make sure to bring blankets/sleeping bags for the kids. A few hammocks are included for your use as well.RecommendationsWe've taken Reba everywhere from Yellowstone and Yosemite campgrounds to boondocking out in the woods. In 2021 we traveled over 3000 miles visiting the redwoods and driving up the winding highway 1 up the coast to Seattle. So Reba can do it all.She also works great as an extra 'suite' if you need more space for visitors. Just park her in your driveway and hook her up to a good outlet on the house and your good to go for some guests having their own space. NOTE: AC usually works on a good residential 20AMP plug/circuit IF that circuit isn't being used for anything else - this depends on the house/circuit - AC might trip (not work) on your 20AMP circuit. So... a regular 20AMP house plug will run the fridge/lights/outlets/hot water heater... but MIGHT NOT also run the AC. In order to guarantee AC use you will need a 30AMP plug (unusual at a regular residential home) or a generator (we offer ours at an extra $20/night).Other things to notePets allowed. We do a thorough cleaning between rentals so if you don't have pets, don't worry, we promise you won't be surrounded in pet hair!If not using Express Departure option Please be sure to broom sweep out the trailer before return and clean surfaces/toilet/tub and remove garbage. FREE cleaning supplies are below the bathroom sink. All dishes/appliances used need thoroughly cleaned please including countertops/table, toilet inside and out, sinks, and faucets. IF these basic items are not done we will unfortunately need to charge your deposit for a cleaning fee ($35 minimum). We will mop, vacuum, and do a deeper clean between rentals so don't worry about that!Or see our extra charges and we have an option for an ‘express departure’ if you don’t want to do any cleaning and just drop it off and run! PLEASE NOTE that if we are delivering and picking up Reba at a NO-hookups location than obviously we will need to empty the tanks at the least, so the 'express departure' fee will be required. Not included in 'express departure' though is cleaning up the outdoor BBQ and camp chairs so please be sure the chairs are shaken out of dirt/sand and please take a few minutes to wipe/scrape any grease/grime off of BBQ and top before storing it.We are fine with boon docking and taking her on some mild dirt roads, but please be responsible as Reba does NOT have raised suspension and IS NOT meant for heavy off-road'ing with lots of humps and bumps and ditches. There is a hitch on the back but it is for a bike rack only - ABSOLUTELY NO TOWING OF A SECOND TRAILER - the hitch is NOT hooked to a heavy enough frame to allow for towing.Replacement costs if any of these extras items are lost/stolen/damaged:
Sun/beach canopy: $150
Generator: $950
Campchef BBQ: $125 for base (top an additional $100)
Camp Chairs: $30/ea
Other damage/loss by quote

We are the Evans Family and we love our RV and since we aren't using it all the time want to give other folks the opportunity to enjoy it as well. We just got back from doing over 3000 miles seeing the California Redwoods and up the coast to Seattle to stay with friends with our RV 'Reba' and she is awesome and performed flawlessly as always! We are a mom and dad and 3 teenager boys. Reba fits us all just right, even though our oldest who is 6'3" tall needs to sleep in the middle aisle at night on a pad :) - dang kids, always growing out of things! We have lived in Smithfield for almost 20 years and plan on being here for many many more. We hope you want to take Reba for a spin too.

Jesse was great. We were late but Jesse dropped the trailer and left it ready to rock.
It was clean and worked Great. We will definitely react again when we come to Utah.
