If vehicle is returned substantially less clean than when rented, an excessive cleaning fee of up to $500 will be charged.We have a strict no pets policy without prior authorization. If any evidence of animals is found a $500 deep cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.No smoking allowed in or within 30ft of unit.Towing and roof access are strictly prohibited.A wait time charge of $50/hour will be applied to late arrivals for pickup or drop off.
