This is an awesome like-new condition travel trailer! Family-friendly, it has all the room and comfort for a home away from home!The camper has 2 full-size bunks with upgraded memory foam mattresses as well as a true queen-size (not short-queen) memory mattress bed in the front (sleep like at home). Everything functions as it should as is ready to offer you full enjoyment!The living area has a large slide out, the length of the "U" shape dinette and the two recliners, and is 3’ deep. This creates a sizable living space for hanging out inside while eating, watching movies, playing games, and more. Large kitchen counter space with propane/electric refrigerator. It has an oversized 21' power awning with exterior LED strip lighting. It also has an electric trailer jack (no sweating while hooking up)!It can be towed behind a half-ton truck (F150, 1500) or a V-8 SUV.Very Important: We allow No Pets, No Smoking, No Heavy Cooking/Frying inside the camper. We want to keep the camper enjoyable to you as well as to the next group!This is a like-new condition and we want to keep it that way! So, we only allow a maximum of 2 adults and 3 kids to enjoy this camper!Automatic $250.00 charge for violation of the rules.Very flexible pick-up and drop-off times.Please, consider taking care of it like your own. We have 2 daughters who absolutely love to take the camper and head to the woods or lake or anywhere we can be close to nature. We enjoy kayaking, fishing, and biking, and anything we can find to do outside. We also love how we can share our camper and meet new people along the way!

We had a wonderful time on our first camper vacation! The camper was clean, spacious, and very nice. George was an excellent host! He let us know what he provides and what we needed to bring. He communicated promptly and was helpful as it was our first camper experience. We would absolutely rent from George again and recommend this camper rental.
