Everything needs to be cleaned before returning, such as taking bed clothes off and putting them to the side to be washed, cleaned out sink, cleaned off griddle outside, food out of fridge, trash taken out.
Propane tanks must come back full or fee will be taken out of deposit for $150 for trip to get propane and fill up. Renter is responsible for propane useage and adding their own propane to use, will not provide propane for the tanks
