This beauty is the perfect size for a family of five or six or a group of friends. It has a queen size bed in the master suit with your own flat screen TV. Top bunk sleeps 2 while the bottom bunk can sleep 2. The dinette turns into a full size bed as well as the couch. Plenty of storage inside and out side. Comes equipped with everything you would need at no additional cost. Living room area includes a flat screen TV with a DVD player. Bluetooth capability for music inside as well as outside while you sit under the automatic awning. Outdoor kitchen for cooking and keeping your drinks cold while you sit back and enjoy your trip. The owner will nickel and dime you on this rental. I was charged a $95.00 dollar septic dump fee, even when I had dumped the septic tank and ran fresh water thru the system. He will also charge you a $50.00 dollar fee for using his sway bars that had came with the trailer when it was bought. The camper is also not as long as advertised. They must have taken total length of the trailer including the tongue and not the actual living space.

Sorry to hear that you feel this way Mark but the septic tank was not flushed all the way and I needed to hook up the trailer and go to a dump station and do a full flushed out like is supposed to.
