All drivers must be at least 25 years old, hold a valid license, and maintain a clean driving record. Smoking inside the motorhome is strictly prohibited, with a $500 cleaning fee for violations. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet; any damages will be deducted from the security deposit. Please ensure waste tanks are emptied before returning the motorhome, or a $75 dumping fee will be applied. Retract awnings during high winds. For any mechanical issues or emergencies, contact us immediately and avoid unauthorized major repairs. Always follow campground rules, be considerate of neighbors, keep noise levels down, and most importantly, relax and have fun! You’re in the Keys!

We started coming to the Florida Keys a few years ago. Each year, we would load up our motorcoach and head to the islands for some relief from our Michigan winters. What began as a brief escape quickly evolved into making this beautiful place our permanent home. During our travels, our coach provided a home away from home and allowed us to truly connect with the natural beauty of the Keys. Even after we moved from our RV into our house in Islamorada, the charm and freedom of RV living stayed with us. We cherished those times so much that we decided to keep our coach and turn it into a rental, offering other families the chance to experience the same joy and exploration that has enriched our lives. Whether you’re looking to create lasting memories or simply escape to a slice of paradise, we invite you to discover the Keys through the unique charm of our beloved motorcoach.
