Welcome to my 2022 Kingsport, a trailer so wonderful you'll be looking forward to your next stay in no time at all. Plus, a Nespresso machine and box of pods are included with every rental.My trailer has been used exactly 4 times by my family and I; so is basically brand new and maintained as you'd expect its original family to! Each of these trips have been remarkable in terms of comfort; safety; security and amenities that this unit has to offer, with my favourite being the outdoor griddle and beer fridge, under the canopy.I do not remember more pleasant memories than those made in this trailer--spending hours at the beach at Killbear Provincial Park to come back to the trailer and take a shower and fire up the outdoor griddle to make burgers while mom and baby took a nap inside the airconditioned space with Daniel Tiger playing softly on the TV. Pure bliss--I hope you find it, too.See below for a snippet of the KEY Areas you should lookout for when renting a trailer (and, why you should rent Paul's Chill Trailer):Entertainment: I installed a flat-screen above the dining bunk and the unit comes equipped with indoor and outdoor speakers connected to a bluetooth/AM/FM unit.Washing up: Inside double sink, full shower/tub combo (great for washing up toddlers with a bubble bath) and vanity sink in bathroom; and outdoor spray house great for boots or overall muddy muck. Enough fresh water for a few days of conservative use (paper plates means no washing dishes) with on demand gas or electric HOT water (yes, steamy showers).Sleeping: Two nearly-double sized bunks are great for two kids a pop or one adult each, while the folding dinette can easily sleep three kids or two adults; and finally the folding queen bed can sleep 4 kiddies or two adults.Cooking: Indoor two-gas burner and outdoor gas flattop griddle. Outdoor beer/pop fridge (so awesome for while sitting outside...) and indoor large fridge with full cool/freezing. Nespresso machine and 1 box of pods included with each rental--coffee is on me ;).Chilling: During the day, the couch and dinette make a great place to sit and watch a movie or stream netflix (if you can snag some LTE) while cooling down with the AC; outside the canopy provides a great shaded area and the included outdoor rugs are great to play or sit. - Weekly (7+ nights): 10% off nightly rate
- Monthly (28+ nights): 15% off nightly rate
Fees
- Security deposit: £280.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: £56.00. This fee covers a full sanitation and cleaning of the unit inside and out, stocking toilet paper, soap, cleaning supplies and making sure all pots and pans and kitchen supplies are sanitized too.

Paul’s communication was fantastic - pre trip and throughout. We had a minor issue with the fridge and he troubleshooted with me over text and even drove to our site to fix the issue in the end. Was very responsive and checked in on us.
