We had originally booked another 2022 trailer with an owner through Outdoorsy in January 2023 but this jerk cancelled on us one week before we were supposed to pick up the trailer in July 2023. Outdoorsy tried very hard to find us another comparable trailer but could not find one at such short notice. They did however find us this 2018 trailer. We rented this trailer from 16 July to 28 July 2023 to drive to Yellowstone, Grand Tetons and Glacier National Park. When we picked up the trailer from Daniel and Rosalinda in Twin Falls, they were very helpful and went over everything on the trailer to help us.
This was the first time they had rented this 2018 trailer, unfortunately for us we had a few things go wrong with it but Daniel was always very responsive and ready to help us. He organized a mobile RV mechanic to come out to our RV site. Daniel did everything he could to make things right for us. There is no microwave in this trailer and the fridge is very small and takes about 12 hours to reach a good level of coldness. The experience was not what we hoped it would be but this small hitch has not put us off renting a trailer again.
