If you leave the unit in a state that requires excessive cleaning I will charge you 200.00
If you have a pet on the unit without approval there will be a 300.00 fine that will be claimed from your security deposit
If you are late returning the unit there will be a penalty fee of 50.00 per hour
Renters are responsible for the tires on the unit
Renters are responsible for maintaining all fluid levels in the unit
Renters responsible for dumping grey and black tank, Dumping fee $150.00. Gas tank needs to come back full if not refueled you will be charged 100.00. Pets are allowed only on owners approval.

Kary was responsive and great to work with. The unit drove great with good gas mileage. One minor mishap with a broken generator exhaust hanger was quickly resolved. Our first experience with a Murphy bed which worked well. All other components were flawless.

Great hosts and a great RUV! Kary and Steve provided great communication from the first inquiry through the end of my trip and were very flexible with pickup and drop-off arrangements. My 10 year old son and I took a road trip to Montreal from CT (6-7 hours). The vehicle is equipped with everything that we needed and more. We look forward to renting again in the near future!
