2018 Aspen Trail Aspen Trail Trailer
2018 Aspen Trails bunkhouse. We have 5 kiddos and this has been perfect for us. We tend to have two kiddos on each bunkbed and another on the fold out couch (we don't even need to convert the dinette to a bed). The queen sleeping area has a separate outside door, so if you have a toddler that needs a nap you can somewhat isolate them from people coming in and out of the trailer to use the restroom. The slide is great to add some much needed space inside and outdoor kitchen is a nice bonus.Couple nice upgrades like the electric tongue jack and keypad entry for the main door, and of course the relationship-saving backup camera. This weighs about 6600 pounds dry, so after fresh water water you add just over 400 pounds which leaves you pushing (or potentially exceeding) tow limits for an F-150 before you've added any gear. Total gear (including water/propane) should not exceed 3,000 lbs which can put total weight at about 9600 pounds. Tongue weight is listed at 631 pounds (guessing that is before considering batteries and propane). Please check your vehicles towing capacity before renting.Note: We do the manual approval of rental requests because we Require that anyone renting have a trailer brake. When you book please confirm you have a trailer brake, or we'll reach out to confirm before approving. Weight stabilization hitch is encouraged (but not required)What's includedThe regular pricing anticipates you'll be emptying the black and gray water tanks before return (there is a dump station about 1 mile away which costs $5). If you'd like us to empty be sure to select that as an add-onRecommendationsMost folks bring their own sleeping bags for bedding as the bunks/couch/dinette don’t work with standard size sheetsOther things to noteMost importantly - know the towing capacity of your vehicle. This is 6600 pounds before you add water/propane/gear. Trailer brake is REQUIRED.

We're a family with five young boys, some of them on the autism spectrum, so the motorhome makes family vacations much more manageable. With so many places nearby to explore we're actually able to spend our time at the sights rather than stopping at every other rest stops along the way.
