How do I update my payment method?

You’ve booked an RV and are getting stoked for your camping vacation – hooray!

Now, let’s say you want to change your payment method after you’ve booked your trip. No problemo. Depending on when your trip departs, different charges, like the security deposit, can occur at different times.

As a result, you may want to update the payment method associated with your reservation. Here’s how to do that:

1.) Navigate to your trips page

2.) Scroll down until you see a section regarding your ‘security deposit amount and timing’

3.) Click the ‘change payment method’ (it may not look clickable, but it is 🙂 )

4.) That’ll bring up a pop-up allowing you to change your payment method for the specific reservation. You can also check a box to ‘set this as your default payment option’ for all bookings.

5.) Click ‘confirm request’ to save the changes, and you’ll be all set.
