Service was great! The stove was not clean, I cleaned it before we left. Also, the shower drain was filled with hair! I tried to clean that out as well as I could. The hair was there when we got the unit. Lastly, the beds are not appropriate for adults who are expecting a comfortable bed to sleep in for the week. Perhaps, air mattresses could be offered? Thank you!

I will absolutely be renting from Cozy Turtle again. They were great at communicating with me, answering every question I had. The RV was very clean when we got it, and they even put a new mattress on the bed for us. I loved that they set it up for us and no driving was required on our part. We had a very fun camping experience and are very happy with our rental!
